Problem
British Win Academy was handling student inquiries, IELTS/Cambridge exam result publishing, and educational content management through manual email and admin work. Staff were spending hours each week on repetitive tasks, and students had no transparent, real-time access to results or resources.
My Role

Built a custom website and secure admin dashboard that automated student inquiry workflows, enabled content publishing for multiple exam types, and gave admin full control over resources without technical knowledge. Built with React 19, Node.js, Supabase, and deployed on Vercel.

Built as a highly performant and modern web application utilizing React 19 and Vite. The backend infrastructure is entirely serverless, powered by Supabase for PostgreSQL database management and real-time capabilities. It integrates React Query for efficient data fetching, caching, and state management. The UI is constructed with Tailwind CSS v4 and reusable utility-driven components (class-variance-authority, tailwind-merge). Cloudinary handles dynamic media management, and Resend manages transactional emails.

Deployed seamlessly via Vercel's continuous integration pipeline. Every commit to the main branch triggers automated linting (eslint), building, and instant edge deployments. vercel.json configurations ensure proper routing and serverless function handling.

Highly optimized for performance by leveraging React Query's built-in caching mechanisms, minimizing unnecessary API calls. Media assets (images and videos) are delivered via Cloudinary's optimized CDN (@cloudinary/url-gen), ensuring fast load times. The UI uses semantic HTML and Lucide-React icons, maintaining excellent contrast and accessibility standards.
