A growing software team was managing tasks, bugs, sprints, and workloads across five separate tools. Project visibility was poor, QA checks were disconnected from development, and project delays were frequent — costing client credibility and internal time.

Built a full enterprise project management platform with real-time dashboards, agile sprint boards, built-in QA tracking, team workload visibility, and milestone reporting. Deployed on AWS with a React and TypeScript frontend and a scalable MySQL backend.
Developed as a highly interactive, data-rich Single Page Application (SPA) using React 18 and Vite. The architecture is explicitly designed to handle heavy data visualizations and real-time updates. It integrates PowerBI, DevExtreme, and Recharts/Chart.js for advanced analytics dashboards. Real-time data synchronization is powered by Socket.io, while AWS Amplify and GraphQL manage backend communication. The centralized state is maintained via Redux Toolkit to ensure predictable data flow across complex interactive modules.
